My original would have been 4 or 5 times the money if it was still available. Which it's not. I wouldn't classify it as quiet. It fit fine but squirrel cage is larger in diameter but about 4 inches shorter in length. I would say it moves about the same amount t air. It's a lot louder. We have to turn the TV way up too here it. Not happy about that, but seems durable. So far it doesn't get bogged down with dust like the old one. Lasted 2.5 seasons so far.

Durrrrrrrr-a-ble!
You get a good canvas. In the long run use these verses the plastic junk unless you want a 2-12 month performance from plastic. Yes they are pricey but when it comes to tarps you get what you pay for.
