Perfect value, simple to use
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to connect to my iPhone so I could play movies that we own on a “big screen” for my kids while we are in our camper. It works! Tip: on my phone you have to start the movie and then plug on the projector *after* you’ve started the movie. If you plug it in first, Apple displays an error saying that it won’t allow you to connect to this source.
There is no keystone option so you have to just manually position the projector in the correct spot for a perfect, undistorted rectangle.
The projector has a built-in speaker which is not loud but works fine for a small gathering in a small space. There is an audio jack to plug it into a speaker if you need more powerful sound. I tried this as well and it worked.
Overall this is such a fantastic value for the money. I looked at dozens of others and even purchased and returned other projectors because they just didn’t work (overly complex, won’t connect to your phone, limits you to only playing only content from certain streaming services, etc). I was starting to think there was no simple projector that would just let you play content from your phone. I was about to give up and then found this one. You can imagine how glad I was that it just worked. And the price can’t be beat.
