Works fine for me.
It appears to be a used ballast, but it was a perfect replacement for an old ballast dated 10/1968!
Got my old kitchen fluorescent light working fine. Totally pleased.

Inexpensive Beatles collectible.
Just a French promo 45 with samples of then currant top 40 hits. Most of them are French artists. There is one Paul McCartney, and one of John Lennon. An inexpensive little addition to my Beatles collection.
It appeared to be unplayed back stock from the 70’s.
