  Received quickly & well packed. Lovely items & suitable as base items only as this type of fabric shows many unusual visual spots over it. Will use to keep warm this Winter. But He Ho the Seller did advertise wasn’t perfect. Usually Sweaty Betty Brand is a class act. I personally would not pass on again after use in this case.

  Disappointed with the jacket because it has a very strong, unpleasant smell of white spirit or some other chemical. The description only said ‘ As it’s been stored in warehouse the temp conditions may affect its scent. ‘ . The smell doesn’t come out even after repeated washes! I have no idea how ‘temperatures in a warehouse’ could possibly create this smell - it’s a chemical one. Should have been more honest, and issued a partial refund per my request. The socks however are great.
