good enough and cheap enough to try them out
the jury is still out for me. i have not taken the m18 to the range since i put on the grip. not convinced that i like the finger wells and the gun definitely feels like a handful. but manageable. The M18 felt a little slick and small in my hand. the hogue grips fattened it up, but i do not think it feels any more "sticky". the stippling seems similar.
as far as putting them on, that was easy peasy. i do not know why there was so much grief on the reviews about getting them on. follow the instructions and they went on.

poor battery life
battery very short-lived. rechargeable would be better
