    I had thought the package was lost by USPS. Fortunately, it wasn't. Just tardy in arriving. Seller offered a refund if the shipment was lost- very magnanimous. I would recommend this seller highly and have added them to my preferred seller list! BTW, the guitar strings are of good quality, also.

    From the beginning there was a problem with the tracking number it had to many digits I made the seller aware but they did not understand every day I checked if item had moved but nothing so I wrote the seller again and told them they should cancel and refund me I sent a screen shot of the tracking any how I went and checked my mail and the package was there but seller had refunded me so I wrote to the seller telling them that the item had arrived and that I want to pay for it and make it right.

    Very positive interaction with seller and very pleased with pet ID tags. Seller shipped quickly but unfortunately USPS apparently mishandled and when I contacted seller they were receptive to issuing a credit. This seemed reasonable given that it was at least three weeks from ship date. Thanks
