Mec-Gar 1911 9mm 10 Round Magazine

1911 10 rd 9mm

I've given this a product 4 stars versus 5 stars because I had a couple of issues with failure to feed. It only happened once on a couple of the magazines on the 1st time using them with my RIA 1911. To be fair I was also using some personal reloads. I wondering if these mags need a little time to loosen up a bid or I may need to seat by bullets a little deeper. Time will tell. Other than that I have been happy so far.

Worked Great!

This product really did make using the Lee Powder Measure in the powder die a breeze. My only suggestion when installing in your die to make sure it seats completely. However that being said when I went to dismantle and put my dies away it was very hard to separate the adapter from the powder die. I have ended ordering another adapter so I can just leave it attached to the each caliber powder die next time.

The kind of Tripod needed for bench rest spotting scopes.

The spotting scope I use for long range target shooting came with not so good of a tripod. I have been looking for one which has fine adjustments. This one fits what I have needed for that spotting scope. I used it at the range 2 days after I received the tripod and it did exactly what I needed it to do. The added benefit is that the tripod fit in the existing case that came with the spotting scope which was something I had not expected. For anyone who needs a stand for bench rest shooting I would highly recommend this tripod as a replacement for what you currently are using.
