  Ordered on October 21st and was supposed to be delivered by the 30th at the latest. It never shipped. Contacted seller twice in the month of November and he never answered, flat out ignored me. He rejected my request for a refund and it hasn't even shipped yet, as of December the 6th. Flat out scammer. Ebay needs to ban this seller!

  Seller was not willing to ship it even after they found that it has a small hairline crack, which is perfectly fine to me. So, why? Sounds like something else is at play.
