Very Good Replacement Smartphone
This was a replacement for an original Galaxy S5 I had a couple of years that unfortunately took a swim with me in the Atlantic. It came as advertised - a new unlocked item in its sealed box containing all its accessories. The S5 is now an older model but is still a worthy smartphone that has more capabilities than I use. An especially a good buy.

A Challenge, But Working Fine
The challenge for me was getting the small battery connector plugged in and holding while setting the cover back in place. The plug is not a solid connector with holes so any slight movement while setting the cover in place seemed to break the connection. I must have tried a dozen times before finally getting the connector to hold in place with a good connection. Now the unit works fine and battery life is much improved with this replacement battery.

Great - but one weak spot!
This is my 2nd Defender. They are great in protecting the phone. However, my 1st one did have a weak spot if you use the holster they provide for it. After using it a couple of years, the button in the plastic rim part that is needed to click and hold the phone in the holster broke loose and popped out. And it can't be reattached.
