Genuine OEM
Genuine OEM Dell caddies. Dropped into my PowerVault NX3230 (same chassis as the PowerEdge 730xd) with no issues at all.
DO NOT buy them directly from Dell unless you have more money than brains because Dell will price gouge you into oblivion!
