Looks good, cat loves it
My cat started using it on Day 1 and hasn't stopped since. Looks nice enough to fit pretty much anywhere. You just want to aim the doorway towards a corner. I do think the amount of weight it can hold is limited. If you sit down on it very hard it will eventually break. But since it's not a couch, that's ok. lol A cat can sit on it with no problem. I did put some corner molding around inside to sort of seal the doors. That helps control the smell. Regardless of what you do, a litter box is going to smell some. I also put one of those plug-in smell things nearby. That pretty much takes care of the smell. Works for us.
