Terrific mags
1 of 1 found this helpful These mags are very well built and reasonably priced. Check out the TandemKross video on tuning these mags. Smoothing out the rough spots from manufacturing aid in reliably feeding and already reliable gun. If when you pull down on the loading assist it feels a little rough or crunchy, the tuning will smooth that out completely.

Great improvement
These g10 grips are fantastic. They provide significantly more grip than the standard polymer sig grips. They are slightly more grippy than the E2 grips but look so much better. The E2 grips ruin the aesthetics of the p226 to me.

Fits p226
Had a problem with the original p226 slide catch. My thumb would almost always be contacting it and prevent last round hold open. Found out I wasn’t alone with this issue. The p224 catch is much smaller and helps out a lot in preventing this. You will probably need to file/dremel your grip to fit the p224 catch. I had to file away a bit of material on my hogue g10 grips. Be careful with g10 dust, it’s hazardous. I did it outside with a bucket full of water and kept the material wet so no dust.
