Disappointing attempt by Merchant to rectify broken items
Two of the bins I received were broken on shipment. After contacting the merchant, the response I received was that they could not replace the bins, but instead I could return the entire cart (which was now FULLY ASSEMBLED), and they would refund my money or provide an entire new product. Who has time to disassemble an item, after taking time to put it together???? This was a VERY weak attempt to provide "customer service". It's just too difficult to exchange my two plastic bins???? Does anyone use any common sense anymore??? Very lame and non-practical attempt to offer the customer any real service. Clearly this seller was not interested in truly helping me. Yeah.....we all know that no one will disassemble a large item like this, just to get two gins replaced. Guess it is just too difficult for this Seller to have done the right thing. The unit itself is good.....hope yours arrives without damage. Sheesh!!

While a bit pricey, I have found this product to be of high quality.
