As expected

Good quality strong magnets. Nice plating, just don't let them attract each other without resistance over a distance as they will either chip or shatter.

Works great in a rapid dev server (Fedora)

Didn't need to rebuild kernel as I thought I might need to. Bonding it can be fun though. I got one for my windows 7 file repo and generic drivers work. Not able to get Britain broadcom drivers unless you have ms server edition, so don't count on its extra perks there.
