No more Charlie Horses
Absolutely amazing !! I was ... WAS ... a sufferer of nightly leg cramping to the point of tears. Pickle juice works to stop them, but only as a temporary relief, they came back later. But these little beauties do much more to prevent, not just relieve those cramps. I chew one just before bed with a good drink of water and I sleep the night thru. Thank you Boiron.

Beautiful addition to the Santa collection
