A truly awesome, helpful book that will help you or a friend get better.
This is an AWESOME, GREAT book! I have struggled with adrenal fatigue condition, emotional eating, and other things. She gives the medical background, and always puts the workings into laymen's words. Can't recommend this book enough! I am slowly recovering from the stress on my adrenals. Feel better than I have for years!!

It was a cheap phone. I dislike it, because it has no picture taking capabilities. It is very small; I wish I had bought a larger phone, because it is hard to find in my purse. It doesn't keep a charge well, but that might be my fault. I had a nicer phone, but it broke, so I bought this to replace it, and wasn't aware that it didn't have the photo abilities. So I got what I paid for!!

1 of 2 found this helpful This is one of the most informative books I have ever read, about the food industry, and all the skullduggery that goes on behind the scenes, in pursuit of the Great Green Dollar. The diet part is confusing as all get-out; just go online and pull up Pounds and Inches by A.T.W.Simeons. He is MUCH less confusing than Trudeau is. However, the info that Trudeau dug up on the food industry, their use of chemicals to addict people to their versions of food, and how they tie in to Big Pharma and the diet industry, will literally make your head reel. It did mine, and I worked for Big Pharma for years!! This is definitely a book worth reading. Incidentally, my hubby went on the hCG diet, with the injections (much more expensive than the homeopathic drops!), and lost 25 pounds just where he needed to. The diet works; Trudeau recommends things that most of us can't afford to do, and are unnecessary, but if you read the book online, Pounds and Inches, it will explain it much better. To finalize, if you want the truth about the American food industry, and how they are after the money, and the heck with people's health, AND how the diet industry is hand-in-hand with them, read this book. You will be astounded!! I am surprised the guy is still alive!!
