DBT: Great therapy for changing behavior and emotions,
DBT is a complex course of action that addresses behavior, emotions, and how to control them. Although my copy had a lot of writing in it, I still consider it a good purchase.
This book is organized well and has lots of information as well as questionnaires to fill out. I am in a DBT group online, and some pages were copied and emailed to us. But there is so much more in the book! I highly recommend it, but be ready to work at changing your behavior and emotions, practice the exercises, (even breathing!). Finally, be patient with yourself. As long as you stick to their procedures, you will see change in yourself.

Pretty Pretty Good.
7 of 12 found this helpful IMHO, we need to understand 45's emotions & thought processes, and Mary Trump
explains their origins. I was expecting her writing to be better b/c she has at least one degree in
literature. Also, there's some repetition, and if you've heard her interviewed a few times, you may already know much of what's contained in her book. Still, I'm glad I purchased it, read it, and will pass it on
to family and friends.
I gave it 3 stars b/c it wasn't better than I'd expected, but it's worth reading, definitely.
