A Decade of Steely Dan

Too damaged to play properly.

It has several skips in it making it basically unplayable across most of the disc. It gets stuck and has to be manually skipped to the next track. I won't play it like that. Is it possible to replace or? I did try to clean it without any improvement. My phone was able to catch the scratches due to the reflections etc but they are there. Thank you.
