  I have mixed feelings about this unsavory transaction. Buyer messaged me a month after I priority shipped out my fresh, well packed cuttings. She claimed they arrived dry and dead and asked for a refund. After back and forth messages it turned out that the cuttings had *actually* rooted in water for her but a lot died when she potted them up in sand (instead of potting mix). She revised her negative feedback to 'neutral' after I appealed. I wouldn't sell to her again.
