eBay had to step in and refunded. The collectors card received was NOT clean and smooth as in all the Seller's photos. It arrived crumpled, marked and folded. This amount of damage would not have been done by the courier as seller claimed. Argumentative and offensive. For some reason seller kept deflecting away from why she sent such a messed up card. Would NOT accept responsibility NOT SOMEONE I WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN It is just a card but a horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER

You complained because the rubbish cardboard was creased which wasn't the perfume you paid for. Also your claiming you had a refund... no you never. EBay closed the case in my favour and I had full payment
