This has hops in it, and seems to work nicely for night time sleep. I love this!

Good supplement
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this for hip pain. If I don't take this for a few days, my hip pain will flare up. I love this supplement!

1 of 1 found this helpful Nice, sweet sugar alternative. Good tasting! I don't use this in large amounts because it goes through digestive track very quickly! Be careful not to have it in reach of dogs as it is poisonous to them.
