  The lipstick is definitely NOT new & seller sent very late. Once opened, it shows clearly contact with skin (streaks on lipstick and a small smudge on corner of the tube). This seller is saying it’s never been used when it’s clear signs it has been and then goes as far as blaming the natural disaster that occurred that I live no where near by. What a reach. If that were the case, the lipstick packaging would’ve arrived completely damaged. Here is the pic, you be the judge.
