Toto Washlet disaster
It came without instructions. I had an electrician put a plug behind the toilet. The, it seems Toto was not supporting that Washlet. It had a part that wouldn’t hook the toilet & washlet together or it was missing a piece or had the wrong piece. It is horrible, in the garage & is my Christmas present, older couple, in our 70s. Have spent $300 trying to get it to work. Cisco has new Toto Washlet for $300, warranted but fixed income & can’t get one.
