Lego EV3 is Alive

While this item is now obsolete it is still used by schools for STEM education as as a volunteer for STEM education I purchased this kit to support schools with existing Lego EV3 kits. Has some good points with reliable sensors and powerful motors that can also be used as servos. Limitations are that it does not have reliable wifi or serial coms making it hard to interface with other sensors. Lego has replaced EV3 with a totally different architecture making no further upgrades possible. Still if you can get a second hand EV3 at a reasonable price it is still good value. There is alsao good support from Microsoft using Makecode for EV3.
