Wasn't exactly 'plug-n-play'
The pins on the right side did not line up well enough with the corresponding holes on the car to "clip in". The pins were removable, however, and with some ingenuity on my part (I'm an engineer) I was able to remove them (the pins) and secure the right side of the unit with screws/washers from the backside. I think this would be beyond the capabilities of most people and therefore would recommend an OEM replacement.
