Honda GL1500 Goldwing 88-00 Show Chrome Lower Fresh Air Vents Vent Set 52-552

Look great, (in the package) Fit is close, but can't use as made.

These vents look great while still in the package. But the mole is too large ant the outside edges do not fit into the recessed area of the bike. This keeps them from locking into place. I thought it would be a quick, simple bit of sanding the edges, but after 2 hours of modifications to the outside edges, I'm finally getting them close to fit. But not yet, probably going to need another hour or so. I wish I had simply returned them instead of trying to fix them. Now I'm stuck with a product that I'm still not sure I will ever be able to use. Do not buy these!
