NEW SDS Plus Shank Hole Saw Cutter Concrete Cement Stone Wall Drill Bit 30-100mm

Looks good, doesn't perfom

First time use, Was able to complete one hole through concrete, and that is all. While I was able to get through one hole using the 68mm hole saw, two problems occurred. First, 5 of the teeth quickly broke off. Second, soon after, the SDS-Max shank snapped off inside the hole saw, quickly making both that hole saw ant the SDS Max shank totally unusable. See photo. I had to finish the hole with hammer and chisel. So, glad to get my job done, but not confident to be able to do any more with the tool. And I am not able to find replacement parts, nor does seller offer them.
