Improper battery cover design
It is best to charge battery while it is in the battery compartment. if you remove it, the cover will
disengage when you slide it forward to remove and you will have extreme difficulty refitting it. If
you are leave the battery partially inserted, since you will be unable to slide it completely inside,
it shorts out and heats up, burning out one or more engines.
