Great first compilation album!
1 of 1 found this helpful This compilation album is probably the first one The Alan Parsons Project used, and it certainly is loaded with great singles from as far back as their landmark album "I Robot". With this album comes some of the better singles from their earlier recordings, but what it fails to do is bring forth a few of the hit singles from their debut album "Tales of Mystery and Imagination - Edgar Allan Poe". But I still love the well crafted tracks that are on this compilation, and the reason I bought this album was to complete my Alan Parsons Project library, and this compliments it fantastically.
If I were to listen to any album in The Alan Parsons Project library, it would be the compilation albums. The reason I say that, is because a compilation album tells the listener more about the group, or solo artist, than any other of the albums that group, or solo artist, has. Thus my reason for purchasing this album. However, it also makes a great addition to my iTunes library as well. Hope this review helps someone out. Regards, Craig L.

great book with even greater content
This book is a wonderful read for anyone who has ever wanted to know how special effects were created for the Star Wars trilogy, Poltergeist (the white dragon), Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Back to the Future and many more. It's a very wonderful book that has been thoughtfully written up, and it does talk about the people who helped bring the special effects to life. I would recommend this book to anybody, as I've said before, who wants to know how things worked in the movies. The pages are full color and very explanatory with full color pictures and centerfolds frequently that feature different scenes from the Different Star Wars movies. I love this book and its contents, and I am very glad I purchased it from eBay.
