blade quality
3 of 3 found this helpful I purchased a dozen or more of these to sell in my store. I have had to refund half of the sales because half of them don't work straight form the box. I found that they do not have a blade curve so even though the blades are sharp they do not cut. To remedy this I had to put a very slight inward curve on the blades. Once this is done with a rubber mallet they cut just fine.

instructions
The instructions where incomplete and out of date to the updated parts. I had to just figure out for myself how the upgraded & new parts fit the machine. I also had to find and install the firmware onto the printer. It did not come with a driver for my computer either. Once loaded and ready I discovered that it did not work with the ABS filament and it only took the 1.75mm. I could not find either of those details in the instructions.
The printer does produce a reasonable print quality for the category of printer once I got all the unexpained kinks worked out.
