This Dish Sat system arrived in an unopened box, just like straight from the Factory. All items in sealed plastic bags I have to cut open. Everything enclosed in factory rapping......NEW. Two new "remotes" and one receiver with all factory publication. Yep, it even works!

It is different from other Icy Hot products.
This product is very easy to apply, but feel of it is not the same as the other Icy Hot products. It leaves a white coating on your skin, and is actually hot/burns, unlike the other Icy hot products. But, it does do the job of relieving pain in my joints. Notice there is no mention of "Lidocaine" on the label.
