Great Carbide
1 of 1 found this helpful As usual Sandvik carbide is 1st class. Where I work as a Machinist we use Sandvik XS carbide boring bars (narrow boring bars for sm. dia. holes) in our CNC machines. So when I got these for my home shop I was expecting good quality and Sandvik came thur. I haven't tried to hand scrape with them yet, I have just getting into scraping and still getting tools and materials together. In fact I just got back on Ebay (Ebay is Awesome) after years of being off, hey the Great Recession.
Side note: Now if I could just remember my password for my original account under Lnb469, which I has hundreds of purchases. But at the time I got back on to get this item.
