This hard to find book is the only go-to book crystal enthusiasts should rely on!!!
Melody is the gold standard for gemstone reference material. My original copy of Love is in the Earth was "borrowed" five years ago, leaving me with a gaping hole in my reference book collection.
Unlike her competitors, Melody steers clear of waffle and jargon, leaving her narrative engaging for both esoteric crystal lovers and those more interested in the science/technical aspect of gemstones.
Unlike her competitors, Melody doesn't try to trademark poor crystals under different names simply to make a name for herself, and she hasn't bought out 5 subsequent volumes to cover the full spectrum of specimens like others who were in a rush to profit and released incomplete books.
The narrative for each mineral is accurate, informative and succinct which keeps the reader on point.
Melody's Love is in the Earth is the best - chuck out the rest. Simple!
