Compact video and 5mp pix
Pros: crisp pix, good quality video in good lighting, 5x optical zoom, auto exposure works well, everything conveniently stored on an SD card, small enough to go in a pocket or purse so it goes anywhere, which means more use. Very convenient.
Cons: Doesn't do well in low light. The video gets grainy, so plan on having some extra lighting if you are going to shoot indoors. Focus is a tad slow.

Well deserved reputation
I read this after a Yale history professor said it was good, and he was right. (Course available free at Itunes). Interesting, well read and written, historically accurate, in that Shaara uses the very words that the characters said, as reported in their various accounts. Gettysburg was the turning point in the war, and had the Union lost, they might have had to negotiate for peace. Sharra brings out well the many times that things might have gone the other way, but, thank God, they didn't.

The birdies love it
The smaller birds love this millet, which I why I order 50lbs at a time. It came promptly and in excellent condition.
