  This guy was terribly unprofessional. Claimed the computer had bad RAM and overheating issues without even opening it or turning it on. Called and chastised us about how the computer was shipped instead of just addressing the original issue. Made erroneous statements about the battery that were later proven to be false. BUYER BEWARE.

  Overall, great experience, thanks! Well packed, battery disconnected as a precaution. LCD Screen (which is what I needed) looks great and works great - the laptop/parts were in overall better shape than my own :-) Probably bad RAM, but not an issue for me, I have my own. One negative point: on the listing a base cover was shown, but it was not shipped. Oh, well.
