  Did not boot on arrival, was advertised that the computer could boot. Attempted to troubleshoot, but couldn't get it to work. Contacted Seller, they said they'd let me know if they could send me a new one the next day, they never responded. Had to file the return with ebay a couple weeks later and got a refund. Hey at least I got a free parts computer, seller was just unresponsive and ebay had to step in. shipping and packaging were alright, just a faulty product it seems
