    Bought three items a month ago and before I paid I checked with seller if she or he would combine shipping, seller said yes. It turned out I was charged postage three times. Seller told me she/he won’t refund postage via here because she/he did not want to be charged handling fee by eBay, said can send me a check which I okayed. I have not received postage refund in any format so far. Very bad shopping experience and poor communication.
