Best Sony Receiver Yet

I have had many Sony Receivers thru the years, however with the birth of HD TV, the receiver has taken on a new role. I have never had any problems with Sony, so I have stuck with them. However with this receiver I'm impressed, I actual think its the best addition to my home theatre yet. This receivers best feature is how it up converts all video inputs to HDMI. I only need to have one cable go to my TV (this feature is usually found only in very high end receivers). The second best feature is on screen set-up, no more need to fool with the receiver using the small display trying to distinguish what its doing. Overall this unit is very user friendly, with many inputs, and outputs. My only ask for would be: faster volume control response. When you adjust the volume, it moves very slow. But that aside, this unit controls every component I own with room to grow. If your looking for an inexpensive receiver packed with features, room to grow, and dependable; I recomend this one!

Powerful Projector with great features & flexibility

Over the years I have used dozens of projectors, various makes, features, brightness; the NEC LT380 to be the best (my favorit) ! I am impressed with NEC's quality. This unit is built solid, loaded with great features, decent throw distance, bright image projection, long lamp life, easy to use, speedy warm up. Oh I can go on and on... I have used projectors that cost over $10,000 and this would operate on the same level ~ again very impressive. I have had this unit for almost a year and use it two to three times a week for several hours at a time. No mater what I am using it for (projecting movies in HD, playing a game, or using it with my computer), I still sit in aww at the quality and brightness of the image right after I turn it on. Then when I see the abundant lamp life remaining - I smile. After using this projector I will look to NEC first for any future projector needs - however with this one - that may be way down the line. NEC RULES!

Great Reveiver from Sony

Receiver has been a work horse for me, love how it has the Component Video pass through. Other receivers I've owned have not stacked up to this one. Overall, I'd recommend this Sony receiver for almost any household audio video set up
