Hoses too short at 14” long

The hoses that came with the faucet were 14” long. but I needed 20” long. Unfortunately I could not find longer hoses that would fit the faucets female threaded connector, which was not compression threads, or flair nut threads, or brass pipe threads, or NPT threads. To solve the problem I had to connect longer hoses to the shorter hoses that came with the faucet, and tie the excess hose in a coil.
