  The service from L'amitie Store has been excellent, with clear and fast communication. Only 3 days after the purchase in Japan to Mexico! Excellent service. However, DHL's service has been terrible. They charged me $110 for "Safekeeping and Handling" for two days! (Keep it at DHL facilities)! The Korg Microkorg box arrived without any protection!; it appears DHL opened it for inspection. The synth is in good condition, but its box is not.

  Got the Trumpet within 7 business days. Brand new in box as advertised. Trumpet was wrapped in the factory packaging, quality and appearance are an A+! This Trumpet is hands down way better and CHEAPER than the USED student model local music stores try to rent out to new players.   De Japón a una ciudad del Interior de argentina en 7 dias. Llegó todo en tiempo y forma, en buen estado y producto tal cual según la descripción. El vendedor responde rápido y muy amables. El embalaje del producto fue el punto más débil de la compra, ya que era su caja original solo con cinta adhesiva transparente y teniendo en cuenta que es un producto frágil y es un envío internacional, está muy expuesto. Se podría mejorar en ese aspecto. Pero definitivamente volvería a comprar
