  The item was described as new but the package was pre opened and was missing the stickers, the launcher also arrived broken. I don’t think this is a bad seller based off of this one experience, I could have contacted the seller and most likely worked it out but I didn’t think to do that until now. Take this one bad experience with a grain of salt because this seller has a lot of good reviews.

  got the product in good time. the bow looked beautiful. Unfortunately it had gotten broken in shipping. this is a situation that is not in the control of the seller. They quickly refunded my money and if possible were going to send another bow. but they were out of stock. this seller had my back and took care of me as a customer. this is the kind of person I like doing business.
