Totally Junk none of the window buttons ...
Totally Junk none of the window buttons were operational, circuit board is partially burned.

In my view WD hard drives are better then some other well known brands.
This was my 4th WD hard drive, never had any issues except for the last one which was defective and after about 13 days I received the replacement from newegg.
I believe the WD hard drives are reliable performance wise.
