It's a charger

It fits the OEM plug on the mower, and charges the battery. Usually within an hour or so.

Tough gloves

I go through gloves like crazy. They have to hold up to tough conditions. Sodium chloride, chassis grease, gasoline, diesel ect. And these do. I'm very pleased with these.
