Kombucha Scoby
3 of 3 found this helpful It came well packed with enough starting liquid to make about 3 liters brew. The scoby was healthy looking and had a good vinegary smell, as it is supposed to. The tea started to change color in 1 day and the brew was ready in one week for a sweet kombucha, while a less sugare brew would take longer. Overall it was as described and instructions were included.
