IT WORKS ON MY HAIR

I have been using this for over a year and they work for me and I will continue to use these as when I dont use them my hair sheds a lot. as with getting older and they do work in case you are wondering on African American hair...some say they had problems with this I have not and love that it works for me....

Great and I feel so much better

I love this product and glad I started using it cause I couldn't do the powder form but I can take the pills and I do feel a lot better taking these I have not lost any weight cause I have not being trying to but to just be able to have energy to do what needs to be done is great I wish I could edit and add to these once I do start losing weight but I can tell you I have been snacking more and have not gained any weight so that is a big plus for me.

GREAT ITEM BEWARE OF THE OIL REALLY GREASY

The thing you want to know is does it stop the flakes and itching of the scalp...i think you have to see a dermatolgist before starting any hair products to see if you have a certain condition, I want anything to stop with the dryness of my scalp not hair, my hair is fine I can grease my scalp and it still itches this work some but not like I want it cause i cant use it everyday due to the greases I need to see a specialist for scalp cause it this does stop it some but it is oily I am goind to try and mix it with something to see if the that would help cause I have grease everywhere....it did calm the itching some....but due to the oil i cant put it all day if i want to go out I have thin hair and the oil just is on top of my hair even when i brush it...but it has a great smell. brought 2 it will last a while..
