This is definitely not open box quality as it is grimy and icky from usage around the keys. It also doesn't have the dpi shift cover. The mouse also has a bunch of nicks and scratches on the under side from extensive use. at least the top of the mouse looks decent. In conclusion this is not open box quality as it is not excellent condition heck even the box was banged up, did I get sent a used mouse by mistake? Not happy about the quality, but it works fine, still annoyed though.
