Poor packaging and damaged product

I received this in two ups boxes that had been taped together to hold my game. Because of this, the game arrived smashed in and looked used despite the "sealed" ends. There was also a stab hole in the top cover of the game that went all the way through the lid. This was a Christmas present and it looks used. Thanks a lot.
