    Bad seller. Zero communication and bait and switch on shipping. Shipping method was advertised as First Class, but they shipped Ground Advantage, resulting in a lost package (80% loss rate on Ground Advantage VS .01% on First Class; 3-6 months VS 10 days). Contacted seller, no response, submitted a case, no response. Important infrastructure now compromised due to this awful seller's malfeasance. Avoid this seller like Covid.
