  Long story. Ordered opal dangle earrings. When I received the package it was the wrong item. Got opal studs. I contacted the seller who profusely apologized and said she'd send the right ones and was refunding me. Also told me to keep the studs. I said there was no reason to refund me if sending the correct item but she insisted. Have now received the earrings I ordered. So I ended up with two pairs of free earrings. Mistakes happen, but rest assured that this seller stand behind her promises.
