You get what you pay for
2 of 2 found this helpful The product goes off during the charging period. I would think that it wouldn't go off being it's plugged in. When I plugged it in the color is blue, or vise verse😐. When I put my phone on it the color is green. I do this at bedtime, mostly. When I wake up there's no color! Therefore, when it powers off some kind of way my phone doesn't charge. I had no instructions with the product, so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.
